A 38-year-old Mount Vernon man was arrested late Monday after an active meth lab was discovered at his Liberty Township residence, according to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.

The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) and the Warren County Drug Task Force have been involved in a long term investigation of the clandestine manufacturing of methamphetamine.
